Winning Bidders will be notified by e-mail or telephone to make arrangements for item payment and pick-up!
Item(s) will be available for pick up at our Rotary Auction Warehouse located at 971 Commissioners Road East at Frontenac (next to WineWorx) in London during the following times:

Tuesday, November 14, 2017 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm
Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm
Thursday, November 16, 2017 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm
Saturday, November 18, 2017 from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm
We accept Visa, Mastercard or Cash for payment

If for any reason you are unable to pick up the item(s) during the above times, please email
RotaryCharityAuction@gmail.com to make alternate arrangements or call Brenda at 519-808-2845.
Any items not paid for (excluding those for which alternate arrangements have been made) may be deemed to have been rejected by the purchaser (winning bidder) and the sale may be deemed to have been cancelled and the Rotary Club of London South is entitled to put the item up for sale again either to the next highest bidder, by private sale, or by public auction.
